It’s Thanksgiving today and besides the usual stuff like health and family, I am also thankful to Sharp. They looked at my TV pictures and said it was a problem called delamination where LCD layers separate. They are taking care of me by picking up the TV and replacing it with a newer refurbished unit. That’s great customer service! I have 2 Aquos TV’s in my house and thanks to service like this, I would buy again. Maybe the 90″ model! Well maybe not anytime soon but I can dream. I’m grateful that Sharp stands behind their products.
